Societa per la Rinacita dell'Arte della Serenata in Finlandia
Serenadilaulun Perinneseura ry. (Society for Promotion of Serenade
Singing, Societa per la Rinacita dell'Arte della Serenata in Finlandia)
is an organization which was founded in November 8, 1995. It is also the
official, registered organization backing the SereNuts quartet. Despite of the short history as
an organized society, the ideas has a long past.
The challenge of the society is to bring together singers, listeners and
professionals of serenade singing. To promote this task the society
organizes concerts, series of Serenadilaulun
Perinneilta (Back to Serenades), seminars (Studia Serenata) and, of
course, serenade greetings all over the world.
The organization promotes Serenade singing by nominating the annual
quartet worth of the Prix Serenata.
