Recommended travel route to the venue: Fly to Helsinki, then fly to Kittilä as instructed below. From Kittilä there is a conference bus to the venue.
Recommended flight to Kittilä is Finnair AY573, leaving Helsinki to Kittilä 20.2.2027 at 11:10 AM, returning with Finnair AY576 from Kittilä 26.2.2027, departure 18:30. The duration of the flight is about 90 minutes.
The conference bus from Kittilä Airport to the conference center in Kilpisjärvi (273 km) on Feb 20 ( Eskelisen Lapin Linjat Oy) leaves after the arrival (around 12:45) of the flight AY 573, as soon as we all have boarded the bus. Similarily, there will be a bus to the departure flight from Kittilä on Feb 26. The bus fare is about 75 euros round trip. You pay to the bus driver. He takes cash and cards and will give a receipt.
