Arrival: After each arriving flight, a bus departs from the airport towards downtown Saariselkä (walking distance from the hotel), and similarly, there is a bus going back from Saariselkä to the airport before each departing flight. If you prefer to take a taxi, you should tell the driver that you are going to "Santa's hotel Tunturi" in Saariselkä, and if needed, give the address "Lutontie 3".

Check-in: Rooms have been reserved for the workshop participants under their names, so upon arrival to the hotel you should simply check in, letting the personnel know your name and that you are participating in the workshop. Please make sure at this point that the length of your reservation and your room type (standard/superior, single/double) match your needs. Also, recall that this is a convenient time to buy meal tickets for your accompanying person(s).

Meals: The joint meals of the workshop participants will take place in the restaurant Siula, in the 2nd floor of the reception building and are all covered from Tuesday to Saturday. In addition, if you arrive already on Monday, you can enjoy a free dinner in the same restaurant by informing the waiter that you are taking part in the workshop. Similarly, if you leave on Sunday, you can participate in the soup lunch served in the restaurant for free. Breakfast is available each morning, and is free of charge; if you room is in the building Gielas, you should have your breakfast in the restaurant Kallio there - for all others, breakfast is served in Siula.

Talks: The default plan is that everyone gives their talk using their own laptop. If someone prefers to use another computer, this is also possible, but please let one of the organizers know of this well in advance. Clear signs will indicate the location of the workshop room inside the building Gielas, which is where we will meet at 8.50am on Tuesday morning.
