The End of Modernity
	The post-modern primacy of technology should be understood, more specifically, as that of information systems technology. The difference between the developed and underdeveloped countries in the world today is measured by the degree to which computer technology has penetrated into their respective economies. This is probably where the difference between the “modern” and the “post-modern” is to be found.
