CBRUplugin Ver 1.31b

What is it?

CBRU-plugin is a modified menu in EEGlab. It will offer great possibilities to explore your pre-processed datasets in a graphical user interface. The layout has been designed to CBRU’s own needs to minimize the usage of Matlab-scripts and thus to uniform the basic procedures in our unit. The main idea of the plugin is to give better insight into data within a short exploration. Same kind of interface has been developed for Besa .mul-files, as well.

The newest CBRU plugin can be found on P:\h630\cbru_personnelshare\Software. The package will not be found on this site anymore but the revision history will be updated.

What does it include?

Sub-grouping (include – exclude subjects with a mouse click and/or group conditions)
Curve plotting (Conditions or groups, subtraction curves, multi-plots with more channels, butterfly plots)
Scalp-plots within a requested time window
Mean amplitudes and peak amplitudes (within a requested time window) into ASCII (text file)
