I work as a senior lecturer at the Centre for Research and Development of Higher Education.

My basic task is design and develop pedagogical training for the teachers of our university.

My research intresesses focuses on university pedagogy and university teachers' development as a teachers. I am also interested in web-based pedagogy in Higher Education and how to improve students' self-regulation skills in learning.
