My mission: open science, open data, open access, open code. Give free access to scholarly publications, data, and cultural heritage through open source software, open APIs and open cooperation.

I manage the team that provides library system service to the National Library as well as to a number of academic and special libraries. We use Koha, an open source software. In addition, my team manages a number of services supporting communications, and management of IT processes and data security.
