MINDXR brings together researchers in intelligent user interfaces, XR, psychology and responsible AI to examine these issues, compare evidence and methods, and develop priorities for research, design and governance.

Call for Papers
We invite empirical, theoretical, design-oriented and position papers related to the workshop topics. Submissions will undergo double-blind peer review.
Author and publication guidelines
- Template: Use the official CEURART template in single-column format: open it in Overleaf or download the CEURART ZIP package (LaTeX and LibreOffice ODT). Do not alter its margins, fonts, line spacing or other layout settings.
- Length: Short papers are 5–9 CEURART pages; regular papers are at least 10 CEURART pages. Both categories must include references.
- File format: Submit one PDF prepared with CEURART.
- Review: Submissions will undergo double-blind peer review. Authors must remove names, affiliations, acknowledgements and other identifying information from the submitted manuscript. Author information will be entered separately in EasyChair.
- Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished and not simultaneously under review elsewhere.
- Generative AI: Include the declaration required by the current CEURART template.
Accepted papers are planned for inclusion in the joint IUI 2027 workshop proceedings, subject to the conference’s final publication arrangements. Final papers will follow the applicable CEUR-WS requirements, including the CC BY 4.0 licence.
