Physitools
What is it?
Physitools is an analysis software toolbox for automatic detection of spontaneous SCR response and EMG activity. The software also includes analysis blocks for temperature signals and pletysmography. Pre-processing of the signals is fast and easy with the graphical interface.
Physitools has initially been developed for interdisciplinary music research. The program runs in Matlab environment and it reads data recorded with Biosemi system (BioSemi B.V., The Netherlands). EEGlab, signal processing toolbox and wavelet toolbox (by Mathworks) are needed to use Physitools completely.
