I'm working as an Head of ICT Affairs at the Faculty of Behavioural Sciences, University of Helsinki.

Here is my brief academic history:

1998 Department of Computer Science, University of Helsinki. Researcher in Animation Aided Problem Solving -project.
1999-2003 Department of Teacher Education, University of Helsinki. Researcher with grants from following organisations:

My doctoral thesis deltl primary teachers trying to adopt student-centred working methods. I worked with 11 primary teachers during academic year 2000-01. The project is reported as my Ed.D. thesis.

I have a long history in the area of computer-facilitated interaction as I worked 1989-1991 as the FidoNet coordinator in Finland. Those days FidoNet was the state-of-art protocol for nerd communication.

Currently I'm working as a Head of ICT Affairs in Faculty of Behavioural Sciences, University of Helsinki. During the fall 2007 I'm changing my position to the university's ICT Department.
